Let's clear this up, because people sometimes assume it comes with any translation. When a text moves into English or Spanish its length changes, and if you just paste the translation on top, the design falls apart. Desktop publishing means fitting the translated text into your piece so it looks as clean and polished as the original. We work on brochures, catalogs, manuals, menus, presentations and magazines, in Word, InDesign, PowerPoint, Illustrator or PDF. A second person checks every page against the original: no text missing, nothing cut off, everything in its place.

How your investment is calculated
It has two parts: the translation, at the price for that type of document (for example, business translation at 30 USD per page), plus desktop publishing from 15 USD per page. Example: a 4-page brochure = 4 × 30 (translation) + 4 × 15 (layout) = 180 USD. If you only have a scanned PDF or there's a lot of text inside images, we tell you in the quote before we start. The price we give you is the price you pay.

We accept several payment methods:

You pay from your traducasa.com account once you have approved the price.
Jobs under 300 USD are paid in full when you approve the quote. Projects of 300 USD or more: 50% to start and 50% on delivery. The total includes translation and layout together.
Guarantee and refunds
Service guarantee: if an office objects to the translation because of a mistake on our part, we fix it at no cost and deliver it again. Revisions of our translation are included.
Refund policy, depending on timing:
- Before we start working on your document: 100% refund.
- Work started but not delivered: we refund the part not yet worked on.
- Work delivered: no refund, but we fix any mistake of ours at no cost.
- Official fees and shipping already paid to third parties cannot be recovered.
Your documents and your data are always handled with full confidentiality.
