Let's be clear about what this is, because it's not the same as translating a letter. A sales piece has one job: to win the customer over. If the translation is correct but sounds stiff, it loses that power. That's why the translator here takes care of the tone, the words your customers use and the rhythm of every sentence, and a second person reviews it reading it the way your buyer would. The result is a catalog or proposal that sounds as if it were written in that language from the start. We work between Spanish and English, with native English translators and international Spanish.

How your investment is calculated
We charge by words, not by sheets. The first billing page covers up to 310 words (250 plus 60 courtesy words, given only once), and each additional page covers 250 more words: up to 310 words = 1 page; 311 to 560 = 2; 561 to 810 = 3; and so on. Example: a 290-word brochure = 1 page = 30 USD. A 450-word proposal = 2 pages = 60 USD. For a large catalog, we count all the text and give you one price. Next day: +15 USD per page.

We accept several payment methods:

You pay from your traducasa.com account once you have approved the price.
If your job comes to less than 300 USD, you pay it in full when you approve your quote. If it's a project of 300 USD or more, like a large catalog, you pay 50% to start and 50% on delivery. You pay from your traducasa.com account.
Guarantee and refunds
Service guarantee: if an office objects to the translation because of a mistake on our part, we fix it at no cost and deliver it again. Revisions of our translation are included.
Refund policy, depending on timing:
- Before we start working on your document: 100% refund.
- Work started but not delivered: we refund the part not yet worked on.
- Work delivered: no refund, but we fix any mistake of ours at no cost.
- Official fees and shipping already paid to third parties cannot be recovered.
Your documents and your data are always handled with full confidentiality.
