Let's clear this up, because people sometimes think it's needed for the translation to be valid. All our certified translations are delivered as a PDF in your traducasa.com account, and many offices accept it that way. Some schools, courts, consulates or offices ask for a paper copy with an original signature and stamp, and that's what this service is for. We print your translation, sign and stamp it, and you pick it up in Doral or get it by mail, within the US or abroad. If you need several printed copies, we prepare them all in the same shipment.

What’s not included
- The translation: it's quoted separately, by document type.
- Returning your original documents, unless you left them with us: in that case they ship together with the translation.
- Mail delivery times, which depend on the carrier.
- Apostille or notarization: those are separate services.
How your investment is calculated
Pickup in Doral: 0 USD. Mail within the US: 15 USD, or 25 USD with tracking. Extra printed copies: 5 USD each. Example: your translation + 2 extra copies shipped with tracking = 25 + 2 × 5 = 35 USD, plus the translation. International shipping is quoted by country. The price you're quoted is the price you pay.

Guarantee and refunds
Service guarantee: if an office objects to the translation because of a mistake on our part, we fix it at no cost and deliver it again. Revisions of our translation are included.
Refund policy, depending on timing:
- Before we start working on your document: 100% refund.
- Work started but not delivered: we refund the part not yet worked on.
- Work delivered: no refund, but we fix any mistake of ours at no cost.
- Official fees and shipping already paid to third parties cannot be recovered.
Your documents and your data are always handled with full confidentiality.
