Let's clear this up, because people sometimes think we grant the equivalency ourselves. Your degree equivalency is issued by a certified credential evaluation agency (for example, WES), not by Traducasa. We guide you so you reach them with everything in order: we check which type of evaluation your school, employer or board asks for, build the document list with you, and translate your diplomas and transcripts in full, stamps and signatures included. Every translation goes through three hands: translated, reviewed and polished. That way your application goes in complete the first time.

How your investment is calculated
It has two parts: the support, 30 to 40 USD depending on how many documents and steps your case has, plus the certified translation of your documents at 25 USD per page. Example: diploma + 3-page transcript = 30 (support) + 4 × 25 (translation) = 130 USD. The agency's fee is separate and you pay it directly to them. The price we give you is the price you pay.

Jobs under 300 USD are paid in full when you approve the quote. Projects of 300 USD or more: 50% to start and 50% on delivery. This service is usually a single payment on approval, since it almost always stays under 300 USD.
Guarantee and refunds
Service guarantee: if an office objects to the translation because of a mistake on our part, we fix it at no cost and deliver it again. Revisions of our translation are included.
Refund policy, depending on timing:
- Before we start working on your document: 100% refund.
- Work started but not delivered: we refund the part not yet worked on.
- Work delivered: no refund, but we fix any mistake of ours at no cost.
- Official fees and shipping already paid to third parties cannot be recovered.
Your documents and your data are always handled with full confidentiality.
